Former FIS Executive Joins Fiserv Card Services Division

Financial services technology provider Fiserv (Brookfield, Wis.) has appointed Bruce Hopkins as the general manager of processing solutions for its card services division. In this newly created role, Hopkins will oversee debit, credit and risk products and services, as well as manage service delivery and payment processing.

Hopkins comes to Fiserv from banking and payments solution provider FIS, where he held a number of management positions, the most recent one being senior vice president of the merchant solutions division of its retail payments business. Prior to working at FIS, he held various positions in software development, international sales and project management at companies such as payments and financial risk management solution provider eFunds Corporation and at regulation compliance company J.J. Keller & Associates.
