One Question For: Mary Wilcox, First National Bank Omaha
What services does your institution offer to attract customers to its online banking channel?
At First National Bank Omaha, we continue to develop and enhance the technology to provide customers a service that saves them time, quickly performs transactions and is available when it is most convenient for them.
The development of the online banking system has provided customers the ability to transfer funds from work, home or anywhere they have access to a computer, exactly when it needs to get done; receive e-mail updates on the status of their accounts for information such as when their statement has closed, their balance falls below a certain point, a payment is due or is posted; and eliminate the receipt of a paper statement through the eStatement program, which allows customers to have a totally online relationship with the bank. This service provides a secure, timely statement delivery, the ability to save and print the desired statements, and it eliminates the possibility of customers' statements being stolen from their mailboxes, which can help prevent identity theft.
