First Citizens Bank Licenses DiCom’s Credit Quality Solution

Raleigh, N.C.-based First Citizens Bank has licensed the Credit Quality Solution (CQS) from Orlando, Fla.-based DiCom Software, provider of credit risk management technology solutions for financial institutions.

First Citizens will implement all three solutions in the DiCom CQS suite including Portfolio Analysis, Portfolio Management and LRS Enterprise, which enables credit review to efficiently obtain a comprehensive view of the firm's credit portfolio quality.
