Chris Maityard has been appointed chief financial officer for Caplin Systems Ltd, a London-based provider of real-time web technology. Maityard will be responsible for managing Caplin's global financial operations, and consolidating relationships with the investment and analyst community. Maityard joins Caplin from Patsystems plc, a London Stock Exchange listed group, where he was group finance director and company secretary.

Peter Golden has been named chief technology officer of e-portals, a UK company that developed Web-based trading, treasury and risk services using Microsoft's .NET framework. As CTO, Golden is responsible for delivering the business benefit of e-portals technology to the financial services sector, with an immediate focus on the management and recruitment of a highly skilled development team. He is also responsible for driving the expansion of e-portals recently opened UK development center. Golden brings over 25 years of experience in the wholesale, treasury and investment banking sectors to his role at e-portals, including a stint as IT director for Barclays Bank.

Michael Winn has joined the Board of Directors for Instant-Bank, a provider of enterprise loan/lease processing solutions. Winn, who is Group Managing Director of DST International, a division of DST Systems, Inc., brings over 30 years of experience in the technical and financial services industry and will help guide Instant-Bank's expansion. He has overseen a 30 -fold increase in revenue over the last eight years at DST International, a supplier of investment management systems and software products worldwide with 14 offices on five continents.
