Executive Changes
Principia Partners has increased its staff to meet the growing demand for front-to-back office systems for global capital markets. David Boldon will become global sales manager, John Murray is now sales manager for Germany, Ireland and Holland while Gerald Wilson becomes sales manager for Scandinavia and France. Jean Hogan was appointed senior business analyst for Europe and Gordon Chan was named director of marketing.

Paul Zagnoni will take on the position of chief operating officer at Corpedia Education, a web-based eLearning developer. In this job, Zagnoni will oversee Corpedia's day-to-day operations with special emphasis on production, development of strategic partnerships, and sales and marketing.

Linda A. Weber was named senior vice president of products and technology at ImageSoft Technologies, a unit of Fiserv Inc. Weber will be in responsible for product direction, planning, development, installation, delivery and enhancement for all ImageSoft product lines, and customer and technical support. Weber is also the founder of WEC Technologies, a wireless software and services company.

Paul Pluschkell was hired as executive vice president of Strategic Business Development at Hyperfeed Technologies Inc., a company that provides market data and technology. Pluschkell will mainly be responsible for identifying and growing new sustainable markets for HyperFeed's core technology. In 1996, Pluschkell founded MXNet, which later merged with IXNet. There, he served as executive vice president of sales and chief strategy officer. Most recently, Pluschkell served as president of NextGen at Global Crossing.

Mitch Hovendick was appointed to the Board of Directors at Billserv Inc., an electronic bill presentment and payment outsourced solution provider. Hovendick is currently vice president of EnCap Investments, a large institutional oil and gas fund. He earned an MBA from Rice University's Hones Graduate School of Business and received a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.
