New KeyCorp President
KeyCorp (Cleveland) appointed Timothy J. King as president of its retail banking operations. King, formerly chairman, president and CEO of Wells Fargo Insurance (Minneapolis), will report to group executive Jack Kopnisky.
Changes at BB&T
BB&T Corp. (Winston-Salem, N.C.) named president and banking network manager Kelly King as COO. King replaces Henry Williamson, who retired. Ricky Brown, a regional BB&T president, succeeds King as head of the banking network.
CRESTCo Names CEO
Euroclear (Brussels) appointed Tim May, former COO of Gerrard Limited, to chief executive of CRESTCo, a wholly owned subsidiary of Euroclear Bank. May succeeds Hugh Simpson, who is leaving the Euroclear Group.
Jack Henry Promotes CEO
Jack Henry & Associates (Monett, Mo.) promoted president Jack Prim to CEO. He replaces Michael E. Henry, who will continue as chairman of the board.
CardSystems' New CEO
CardSystems Solutions (Atlanta) appointed John M. Perry president and CEO. Perry was previously president and CEO of InterCept Payment Solutions (Norcross,Ga.).
