ELECTRONIC INK MAKES OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE
PHILADELPHIA, September 18th, 2001 - Electronic Ink, a usability pioneerdedicated to creating technology that people want to use, today announced that it is making as many as 25 workspaces available to anyone currently displaced by the destruction that occurred as a result of a terrorist attack in New York City last Tuesday.
"As an American, a father, and a businessperson, I am horrified by last week's despicable terrorist attack on innocent civilians and our national economy," said Harold Hambrose, CEO of Electronic Ink. "In a show of support to our country, economy and the New York City business community where many of our financial services clients are located, we are offering workspaces to any company that has lost access to their facilities due to building collapses and related office closures in Manhattan."
Electronic Ink's 32,000 square foot state-of-the-art offices are located on the 19th and 20th floors of One South Broad Street, directly across the street from Philadelphia's city hall. Commuters from New York City can most easily reach Electronic Ink's offices by taking Amtrak to Philadelphia's 30th Street Station.
Those interested in utilizing Electronic Ink's offices, equipment and high speed Internet connectivity should contact Fernando Gallard at 215-922-3800, or by email at [email protected].
