Consumers Credit Union Selects Fiserv's Acumen

Consumers Credit Union of Waukegan, Ill. ($550 million in assets) has chosen to implement the Acumen account processing solution from Fiserv, among other Fiserv products. The institution selected Acumen for its ability to support rapid growth and innovation as the credit union seeks to expand its member base.

Consumers Credit Union required a scalable and flexible technology platform to grow its membership, which currently stands at over 52,000. Fiserv says that because Acumen is hardware-independent and services-oriented, it scales easily.

Acumen will be implemented in-house at Consumers Credit Union, which also selected the Fiserv solutions LynxGate for switch gateway processing and Nautilus for enterprise content management.
