Citizens Bank of Oklahoma to Use Wolters Kluwer ComplianceOne

Citizens Bank of Oklahoma plans to use Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ ComplianceOne solution to manage regulatory and operational risks. The software will help the bank document lending transactions in compliance with federal and state regulations.

“Many of our business loans are extremely complex and a cookie cutter approach to documenting them just won’t work,” said Jane Adler, vice president for Citizens Bank, in a statement. “Unlike many technology solutions, ComplianceOne provides us with the ability to make all of the necessary changes to lending documents within the system. That’s much easier and faster than leaving it, making the changes to the documents manually outside, and then pushing them into the system.”
