BBVA Compass Redesigns Online Banking Website
Birmingham, Ala.-based BBVA Compass unveiled yesterday a redesigned version of its online banking website, bbvacompass.com. The new design offers customers a visually enhanced, more streamlined experience and a more clear picture of the products and services available to them. Home page sign-in for online banking gives customers direct access to personal accounts, and rollover navigation helps simplify the process of finding a product once they've signed in.
The website upgrade is the first in a series of technology projects that BBVA Compass is rolling out in 2012, including a core banking replacement that began last year. The projects are all part of reaching the bank's overall goal of increasing innovation and focusing on the customer.
"As a company that prides itself on innovation, BBVA Compass sought to redesign our website to reflect the latest technology," said Andy Hernandez, director of ATM and online channels at the bank. "Customers want 24/7 access to their finances across all mediums, and they want an intuitive user experience. Bbvacompass.com meets and exceeds those expectations."
