Jane Farley Magpiong was appointed president of The Private Bank of Bank of America, and Timothy P. Maloney was named president and chief executive officer of Banc of America Investment Services (BAI). Both businesses are based in Boston.

Fiserv Hires Ops Exec for U.S. Item Processing

Michael E. Touhey was named division president of Fiserv's (Brookfield, Wis.) U.S. item processing operations with oversight of servicing for Northern Trust Bank and JPMorgan Chase. Touhey previously was a senior executive at Metavante for nearly a decade.
