RBS Names Zimmerman Director for Trade Finance Sales

Bryen Zimmerman was appointed director of global trade finance sales for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in its San Francisco office. According to RBS, this move illustrates the financial institution's commitment to its west coast-based corporate, financial institution and public sector clients engaging in international trade.

Prior to joining RBS, Zimmerman was VP and trade sales officer, trade and risk for Deutsche Bank's San Francisco operations. While there, he covered a diversified portfolio of clients in the technology, telecommunications, real estate and industrial sectors.

Zimmerman has more than 10 years of trade operations and product management experience. He began his trade career at U.S. Bank in Minneapolis and has received his Certified Treasury Professional certification from the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP).
