Gemalto to Help ING Personalize, Issue EMV Bankcards in Poland

ING Bank Slaski (Katowice, Poland) has selected digital security provider Gemalto (Amsterdam) to help personalize and issue EMV bankcards in Poland.

Gemalto will provide a bundled solution that includes local personalization services and high-end EMV bankcards. The package includes value-added services such as tailored cards and advanced packaging, and the initiative aims to provide ING with turnkey solutions when implementing new technologies or SEPA compliant cards. As part of the contract, Gemalto will supply ING Bank Slaski with Dynamic Data Authentication EMV cards personalized at its Tczew, Poland facility. The Gemalto personalization center will provide ING Bank Slaski with a range of services including card stock management, card personalization and fulfillment.
