United Airlines Employees' Credit Union (USECU) has entered into an agreement with Metavante Corporation to provide Electronic Presentment and Payment (EPP) services to more than 165,000 members worldwide.

UAECU will offer Electronic BillPayment and Total Bill Management services, which gives UAECU members the option of viewing and paying their bills online within the United States. These services will be provided through Metavante's EEP consumer service provider solution.

"UAECU is committed to providing our valued members with products and services which are convenient and easy to manage. This is extremely important for many of our members whose jobs require them to travel extensively," said Ken Pederson, manager of e-commerce services at UAECU. "For example, a UAECU member, such as a pilot or flight attendant, will now have the convenience of viewing and paying all their bills by simply obtaining an Internet connection from anywhere in the world."

UAECU is the fifth largest credit union in the United Sates.

Stanford Federal Credit Union (SFCU) has signed a licensing agreement to implement Fincentric Corporation' s i-Weathview Banking wealth management system.

i-Weathview Banking will provide SFCU with more functionality, enhanced Internet capabilities and customer intelligence. i-Wealthbanking is a front-to-back office banking system for financial institutions with integration across multiple delivery channels including Internet banking.

The system will be implemented in Sept. 2002.

GMAC Mortgage has selected Fiserv's MortgageServ system to be its single platform for the servicing of both residential and consumer loan products.

MorgageServ operates in real-time to provide fast transaction updates, take tracking and work queuing. The system also includes private label sub-servicing support, default management and sub-prime functionality within the core system.

"GMAC Mortgage requires a solution that supports the multiple dimensions of our loan portfolio's scale and score," said Ralph Hall, chief operating officer, GMAC Mortgage. "We look forward to working with Fiserv and using its MortgageServ system."

GMAC Mortgage Corporation offers custom mortgage services to GM employees and their gamily members, retirees and dealers through its GM Family First program.

Fiserv Inc. is a full-service provider of integrated data processing and information management systems to the financial industry.

Union Bank of California (UBOC) has selected S1 Corporation's S1 Trade Finance to expand its use of the Web for delivery of global banking services.

UBOC, a full-service commercial bank with branches in California, Washington and Oregon and 15 international offices, will offer its customers new trade services to streamline the collection and exchange of trade data. UBOC will utilize S1's hosting services through S1's state-of-the-art Data Center.

"Throughout the evaluation process, S1 clearly demonstrated a superior responsiveness and process knowledge that, when combined with its market reputation, made the Company and its products the obvious choice for UBOC," said Randy Ruckle, senior vice president of Global Trade Banking at UBOC. "We expect the implementation of the S1 Trade Finance solution to enhance our customer service transaction accuracy and response time, which should result in increased business, additional revenue and enhanced profitability."

Bank One and Gelco Expense Management, a division of Gelco Information Network, announced a marketing alliance to offer organizations an integrated travel, fleet and purchasing card program combined with an automated solution for processing business expenses.

This combination offers customer's return-on-investment by realizing savings in total travel expenditures, improving supplier negotiations, reducing administrative costs and improving cash management. Bank One's Commercial Card Services offer clients the flexibility to use single or multiple cards to streamline the corporate expense payment process for travel and entertainment, low value procurement and vehicle fleet expenses.
