EVault Offers Policy-Based Archiving
EVault (Emeryville, Calif.) enhanced its EVault InfoStage online backup and recovery software and EVault ProMail managed service, adding policy-based data management and archiving to its ArcWare policy-based archive server. The combined solutions support file-based archiving of production servers, tiered storage for long-term archival of backup data, and e-mail and instant messaging archival for regulatory compliance, the vendor says.

NR Leads (San Diego) introduced LeadX, a VoIP-enabled auto-dialer for mortgage lead contacting needs. The Web-based software platform integrates with companies' existing VoIP phone systems and databases, and features multiple permission levels; an integrated clock-in and clock-out system to automatically track employees' hours; and real-time statistics for at-a-glance performance summaries, according to the company.
Source Provides Kiosk Project Planning
Source Technologies (Charlotte, N.C.) unveiled the Concourse Kiosk Project Planner, a tool for creating customized transactional kiosk project plans. The Web-based application allows banks to develop requirements by selecting either branch banking or retail applications, hardware enhancements, and technical support packages. Requirements can be submitted online to Source for a kiosk design and project plan, the company says.
