Carreker Catches Double IRDs
Carreker (Dallas) launched a duplicate image replacement document (IRD) protection solution, Payment/Guard, that helps banks avoid double postings of IRDs. The product detects duplicate IRDs prior to posting by interfacing with banks' existing capture systems to identify and store IRDs received, resulting in lower operational costs and fewer customer service issues, Carreker says.
