UMB Financial Hires Jackson as CTO
Bank holding company UMB Financial (Kansas City) has hired Michael F. Jackson as SVP, chief technology officer of UMB's financial services and support (FSS) division. He will be responsible for the application development, infrastructure and data security functions within the UMB management information systems (MIS) group.
Prior to joining UMB, Jackson served as VP of corporate applications at American Century and was responsible for multi-channel delivery systems, technical direction and vendor rationalization for a multi-platform environment.
Jack is a 20-year banking technology veteran. He has worked in technology leadership roles with not only at American Century Investments, but at DST Systems and Yellow Technology Services.
