Two River Community Bank Names Werner New COO

Middletown, N.J.-based Two River Community Bank on Thursday announced that Robert C. Werner has been named senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Werner assumes responsibility for day-to-day operations of the bank, including its information technology, deposit operations, facilities management, compliance and bank secrecy, retail banking and marketing divisions.

"Rob Werner has more than 20 years of diversified managerial experience in all aspects of community banking," said Willioam D. Moss, CEO of Two River Community Bank. "We are pleased to have him as a member of our senior management team."

Werner most recently served as EVP and CEO of QNB Bank.
