Orion Bank Selects SuccessFactors Solution to Support Performance, Goal Management

Orion Bank (Naples, Fla.), has selected the SuccessFactors (San Mateo, Calif.) Professional Edition offering for small and mid-sized businesses. The solution will help the bank support performance management, goal management and employee development.

All Orion Bank employees will use SuccessFactors, and the bank is planning to implement SuccessFactors' compensation management solution in the future.
