News from BAI Retail Delivery: GMT Corp. Launches GMT ON-Demand

Norcross, Ga.-based GMT Corp., provider of enterprise workforce management and performance optimization solutions, has launched GMT On-Demand, a new managed services workforce optimization suite. Delivered with the company's SureServices client success methodology, GMT On-Demand provides all of the features and capabilities of GMT Planet, the company's flagship workforce management solution, including capacity modeling, forecasting, scheduling, and performance management. GMT On-Demand is designed to provide more rapid deployment flexibility, coupled with lower upfront investment costs.

GMT On-Demand enables smaller and more specialized institutions to reap the full benefits of workforce optimization technologies to drive significant, ongoing labor cost savings and operational efficiencies across branch operations, the contact center and elsewhere in the bank, says the firm.

GMT On-Demand is available in two deployment options. The first option is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) option, under which GMT hosts and maintains the application software and hardware with clients retaining full control over the application itself. The second is a Business Process Optimization (BPO) option, under which GMT will also manage the entire application on behalf of the client as well as providing clients with all necessary reports to support workforce management. For both deployment options, two functional models are available; the first provides capacity modeling and management reporting and the second provides the capability to edit and view schedules within the branch, in addition to the capacity modeling and management reporting features available under the first model.
