HCL Technologies, CSC Form Strategic Partnership

The two companies are partnering on a delivery network to help companies move to the cloud.

IT services provider HCL Technologies announced it has signed a strategic partnership with CSC on a delivery network to enable large companies to shift from legacy technology to the cloud.

HCL and CSC said they will jointly deliver next-generation IT services designed to enable their customers to achieve greater operational agility, significant reductions to operating costs and the ability to integrate next-generation and legacy technologies.

The initiative will start through the creation of a "Banking Center of Excellence" which will focus on CSC’s core banking solutions. In addition, HCL will begin to resell CSC’s enterprise cloud platform, BizCloud, to its customers worldwide.
