Embotics Offers Free Virtualization Insight Tool

Virtualization Lifecycle Management Company, Embotics (Ottawa), is offering V-Scout, a free insight tool that gives virtual machine administrators complete and detailed oversight of their virtual environment.

Banks can use V-Scout to assess their growing virtualization deployments, gain improved control over their infrastructure and avoid common issues like virtual sprawl. V-Scout helps VM administrators by replacing the commonly used tracking spreadsheets and automating the data collection and providing consistent and effective reporting on-demand. The tool complements Embotics' flagship product, V-Commander, a policy-based management and control system for virtual machines that prevents virtual sprawl.
