BofA CIO Gordon Resigns
Bank of America CIO Marc Gordon left his post this week, saying in a statement he was seeking a "personal change of direction."
Gordon, who did not reveal his future plans, was with the company since 2004, when he joined the banking giant from retailer Best Buy.
Gordon will be replaced by Laurie Readhead, who most recently served as an executive in BofA's consumer banking division.
Readhead, whose previous title was consumer market and distribution optimization executive, has been with the company since 1991 in a variety of roles.
