Bank of America Hires Robert de Gidlow for SVP in Liquidity Area
As Bank of America ($2.7 trillion in assets) looks to expand its reach in the global liquidity space, it has created a new position to help the bank capitalize on opportunities here. To fill the post, the Charlotte-based bank has hired Robert de Gidlow as SVP of its global liquidity product and solutions consulting team.
In his new role, de Gidlow will provide global liquidity expertise, deal recommendations and structured liquidity solutions to Bank of America's Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)-based clients. The global liquidity product and solutions consulting team is part of Bank of America's global product solutions division, which designs, delivers and services integrated credit and treasury products for more than 140,000 clients around the world.
De Gidlow, who will be based in London and report to the group's product management executive, Michael Golden, joins Bank of America from New York-based Citibank, where he was regional liquidity product specialist for two years. Previously he was a sales consultant with J.P. Morgan Chase (New York).
