** Scotiabank Appointments

Scotiabank (Toronto) named former EVP of marketing, sales and service Barb Mason to EVP, wealth management. Also, Jane Rowe, former president and CEO of Scotiabank Group member Roynat Capital, was appointed EVP, domestic personal lending and insurance, and president and CEO of Scotia Mortgage Corp.

***Randolphas to Reliance Reliance Financial (Atlanta) appointed Steve Randolphas president and COO of its subsidiary, Reliance Integrated Solutions. Randolphas spent most of his career with SunTrust Bank (Atlanta), where he led merger integrations, consolidations and system conversions.

** Spearing Joins Deutsche

Deutsche Bank (Frankfurt) hired Marilyn Spearing as global head of trade finance and cash management corporates. Spearing most recently was global head of sales for HSBC's (London) GTB franchise.

** Harris Promotions

BMO Financial Group (Toronto) promoted head of BMO Capital Markets Ellen Costello to CEO of its Harris Bankcorp (Chicago) subsidiary. She replaces Frank Techar, now president and CEO of personal and commercial banking for BMO Canadian operations. Also, Timothy Crane was promoted to president of community banking for Harris.
