** Wachovia Promotes Enos

Wachovia (Charlotte, N.C.) promoted former head of operations Gerald Enos Jr. to head of operations, technology and e-commerce. He replaces Jean Davis, who is retiring.

** DB Expands Rossi's Role

Deutsche Bank's (Frankfurt) Lisa Rossi, head of liquidity management, global transaction banking - cash management, will take on additional responsibility as regional head of product management in the U.S. for global transaction banking - cash management.

** Barr to Head FSTC Architecture Committee

Technology veteran William Barr was named managing executive of the Financial Services Technology Consortium's (New York) new standing committee on enterprise architecture issues. Barr is a former acting senior director for security and risk management at BITS.

** Van Dyke Joins BofA

Harry van Dyke was named head of Bank of America Securities' transaction development group in New York. He comes to BofA after more than 20 years with Morgan Stanley in a similar capacity.

** Misys Names Banking CEO

Former Synstar CEO Steve Vaughan was named CEO of the banking systems division of Misys (London).
