KeyCorp Reorganizes
Thomas Bunn, president of Key Corporate and Investment Bank and recently appointed vice chairman, is one of five executives who now will report to KeyCorp (Cleveland) CEO Henry L. Meyer III under the bank's new organizational structure. Also reporting to Meyer will be the president of KeyBank, who has yet to be named.
Taylor Heads BofA Reorg
Gene Taylor was named Global Corporate & Investment Banking Executive and a vice chairman of Bank of America (Charlotte, N.C.). In his new position, he will combine and reorganize the two business-oriented segments of BofA.
SG Names Americas CEO
Jean-Jacques Ogier was named CEO of New York-based SG Americas to oversee Societe Generale's activities in the Americas. He has been with Societe Generale since 1972 and most recently was head of retail banking in France for the organization.
WFC Appoints Pres./COO
John G. Stumpf was named president and COO of Wells Fargo (San Francisco). He formerly was group executive vice president of community banking, responsible for regional banking, diversified products, private client services, Internet services, and technology and operations.
