Executive Changes
Larry Diamond has been appointed senior vice president, product development, for S1 Corporation, an Atlanta-based provider of Enterprise solutions for the financial services industry. He brings to S1 more than 20 years in technical management, software engineering and development. At S1, Diamond will oversee the company's five centers of excellence that are responsible for research and development, product development, quality assurance, documentation and testing. Prior to joining S1, Diamond was a vice president for Autodesk, where he oversaw strategy, service and product delivery for its geographic information system (GIS) division.

Steve Jager has assumed the role of president at Brasfield Technology, a Birmingham, Ala.-based developer of technology for the financial services marketplace. He takes over for David Brasfield, who will remain with the company as CEO. Jager will be responsible for coordinating Brasfield Technology's sales efforts, managing the sale force and coordinating relationships with resellers and other partners. He is the former CEO and president of Clark Corporation, a company that designed, built and fabricated high voltage electrical substations for municipalities, industry, REAs, and investor-owned utilities throughout the United States and internationally, which he sold in 2000. He is also the former CEO of Clark Control Systems, Inc., a company that designed, engineered and built relay metering control panels, which he sold in 1997.

Ben Graboske has been named vice president of Technology and Engineering for Affinity Corporation, a West Hills, Calif.-based provider of mission-critical fraud prevention decision and support tools to the mortgage industry. He will be responsible for technology, strategy and product engineering. Prior to joining the Affinity team, Graboske was vice president and chief information officer for Westlake, Calif.-based Homestore.com.
