Executive Changes
Costa Christodoulou was appointed chief executive officer of City Networks, a company that develops and implements software and services to the treasury securities and derivatives markets. Christodoulou will be responsible for all global operating units. Before this promotion, Christodoulou was business development director at City Networks.

Wessel van der Scheer was named managing director of the Asian Zone at Fimat Group, part of Societe Generale Group. Van der Scheer has been with Fimat since 1998 and most recently held the position of general manager at Fimat International Banque S.A. in Frankfurt. The Fimat Group provides clearing and execution services to institutional users of derivatives markets worldwide.

Fabio Micheli will become regional sales manager in Italy, Greece and France for TSYS. Before joining the company, Micheli was Italian country manager for First Data. TSYS acts as a link between buyers and sellers in the field of electronic payment services.

Gregory Coticchia was named chief executive officer of LogicLibrary, a software asset management company. Previously, Coticchia worked as senior vice president of marketing and business development at AXENT/Symantec. Coticchia earned an MBA from University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of business and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from University of Pittsburgh.

Robert Lario was named director of product development at iBank, a provider of electronic presentment and payment solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses. Lario will be responsible for developing the architecture for the BillerAdvantage product. Before joining iBank, Lario was senior architect/mentor at Diem Solutions Inc. Lario has a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of Business and a Master of System Engineering degree from The Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.
