Executive Changes
The Gasper Corporation of Dayton, Ohio, a subsidiary of the NCR Corporation, announced that Jeff Davison has become the company's new president. Davison replaces David Gasper, who will remain chairman of the board of directors. Prior to his new position, Davison was executive vice president of Marketing and Product Development for Gasper, a company that develops and supports solutions to manage Self-Service terminals such as ATMs. He has been with Gasper since 1989 and has also held the positions of software development manager and lead software engineer.

Tennessee-based Capital Confirmation elected their board of directors and re-appointed officers of the company during its annual shareholders. Chris Schellhorn, current chairman and CEO of Capital Confirmation, was re-appointed to his position as well as elected to the board of directors. Stanley S. Litow, vice president of corporate community relations for IBM and president of the IBM International Foundation as well as John G. Richards Roddey, a previous but now retired executive vice president for Bank of America, were also elected to the board of directors. Vice president of finance Paul Sturdivant III and vice president of business development Brian Fox were re-appointed to their positions at the shareholders meeting.

Alterian, a Chicago-based company that provides Customer Relationship Management analytic solutions, announced that Brett S. Kilpatrick has been appointed chief executive officer of North American operations. Prior to joining Alterian, Kilpatrick worked at the telecommunications intelligence solutions company Narus Software as vice president of worldwide field operations. He was also previously employed by Accrue Software, a provider of e-business analytical solutions, as vice president of worldwide sales and field operations. He brings to the company over 21 years of global software expertise from his jobs at Iona Technologies, Accenture, Oracle Corporation and Versant Object Technology.

Generation 5, Toronto, announced the appointment of Paul Evans to the position of chief operating officer. He will be in charge of the company's acquisition of market share and new business opportunities in Canada and the United States. Evans previously worked at MapInfo where he held the positions of general manager of Canadian operations and director of sales for the company's Information Business Unit.
