Executive Changes
Catherine Graham was named executive vice president and chief financial officer for Online Resources Corp., an outsourcer of e-financial services. She will focus on the general financial management of the Company, with particular attention paid to broadening the investor base and exploring strategic business opportunities. Graham comes to Online Resources after serving as CFO of VIA NET.WORKS, Inc., where in addition to managing the company's initial public offering, she also negotiated the acquisition of 26 companies in 14 countries over a 24-month period. She has also held financial executive positions with Smith Barney, First National Bank of Maryland and Maryland National Bank.

Richard D. Fairbank has been elected chairman of the U.S. Region Board for MasterCard International. Fairbank, chairman and chief executive officer of Capital One Financial Corporation, became a member of the U.S. Region Board of MasterCard in 1995 and succeeds Michael G. Rhodes, vice chairman of MBNA America Bank, who has served as chairman of the U.S. Region Board since 2000. Capital One, co-founded by Fairbank in 1988, is one of the fastest growing financial services companies in the United States.

Ron Braco has been named senior vice president of E-Business Solutions for ALLTEL Information Services. He will direct the company's electronic bill presentment and payment activities. Braco brings almost 30 years of banking technology experience to his role. In his most recent endeavor, Braco co-founded and formerly served as president and chief operating officer of Spectrum EBP. Ralph A. Dangelmaier has been appointed president of Politzer & HANEY Inc., a producer of Web-based cash management solutions. As president, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, building profitability, driving the quality of products, and providing overall leadership to the company's management team. Prior to joining Politzer & HANEY, Dangelmaier held various positions within operations and sales at BankBoston (now FleetBoston Financial Corporation), A.G. Edwards, Inc., and SunGard Data Systems.
