EXECUTIVE CHANGES
Mary Beth Farrell has been appointed executive vice president of Finance and Corporate Administrative Services at AXA Client Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of AXA Financial, Inc. Farrell is responsible for oversight and preparation of the company's strategic plan, management of the expense budgeting process, management of the accounting function related to expense payments and allocations, accounting for benefits, headquarter and regional facility management, corporate security and corporate procurement. She joined AXA Financial in 1999 as a senior vice president and deputy controller. Previously, Farrell held executive positions at GreenPoint Financial/GreenPoint Bank.

Dr Anthony W. Kirby has been named group marketing director at Reuters, the global information, news and technology group. In this role Kirby will formulate, develop and drive an overarching strategy for Reuters participation in STP across asset classes. Based in London, he will focus on how to deliver STP by driving strategic alliances with key providers and industry groups in order to support enterprises seeking better information, integration and transaction management. Kirby joins Reuters from the role of chief strategy officer at bolero.net, the online community integrator, which he joined in 2000. His previous roles include five years as director of Securities, Commodity and Treasury markets at SWIFT.

Anthony Malak has been named vice president of operations for Francotyp-Postalia, Inc. (FP Mailing Solutions), a North American mailing systems vendor. With more than 19 years of national and multinational corporate facilities and operations management experience, Malak joins FP Mailing Solutions to lead its U.S. customer service and facilities management teams. Malak is charged with the management and financial accountability for all of Francotyp-Postalia's U.S. operations, including its U.S. facility and the warehouse, customer service, technical support and the company's repair center. He is also responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all customer service representatives and warehouse personnel.
