Executive Changes
Steven Kropper has been selected as a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America's Residential Loan Production Steering Committee (RLPS). He is CEO of Domania, Inc., a 12-year-old, Boston-based financial services software and marketing firm serving the real estate and mortgage industries. As the only member of the committee who is not from a lending institution, Kropper will bring a unique perspective to the issues the committee handles.

Debora Volansky has been named president of Connex International, a Danbury, Conn.-based audio, video and Internet conferencing provider. She joined the company in 1988 and was most recently vice president of operations. During her tenure, she has increased the company's conferencing capacity and expanded its services to include applications from IVR (interactive voice response) to a full suite of audio and web conferencing services, including reservationless conferencing. Volansky replaces Bobbi Heyel, who will retire as president on January 1, 2002.

Russell Lake has been appointed director of Global Sales for Neoris FS, a Miami, Fla.-based business and IT financial services consultancy. In this position, he will be responsible for expanding Neoris FS' reach and visibility among target audiences in the United States and Ibero-America, as well as for developing Neoris FS' global sales effort. Lake will be based in Neoris FS' New York office. Neoris FS is a joint venture between Neoris, a business solutions provider operating in Ibero-America, and PVA International, a New York based financial services solutions consultancy.
