Executive Changes
William Wagstaff has been appointed vice president, sales and marketing for Rave Computer Association, Inc., a Sterling Heights, Mich.-based custom systems solution integrator. Wagstaff's duties include spearheading day-to-day sales and strategic account expansion initiatives, establishing and solidifying key alliances, and facilitating Rave's marketing-driven penetration and growth within the combined OEM, service provider and technology developer space. Concurrently, he will direct the corporate and product branding, evolving value proposition development and positioning, sales promotion and public relations programs.

Steven Benson has been named senior vice president of business development for East Windsor, N.J.-based ExpertPlan, an Internet-based provider of retirement plan administration to financial institutions. Benson, who was most recently vice president of sales for Universal Pensions Inc./Bisys, has more than 25 years of experience in the investment/retirement services industry with leading firms including Prudential, Aetna, and ICMA Retirement Corporation.

Alain Bozzi was named vice chairman of the Fimat Group, a Chicago-based global brokerage organization that is part of the Societe Generale Group. He will also manage the European and Asian Zones for the company. Bozzi, who has been with Fimat since 1995 and is currently acting as general manager of Fimat International Banque (FIB), will be second in command of the Fimat Group's global operations and report directly to Fimat Group Chairman and CEO Marc Breillout. He will be based in London.
