Executive Changes

Jurgen Marziniak has been appointed chief executive officer for GSTP AG. Marziniak moves to GSTP AG from Deutsche Bank AG where he was managing director in charge of Global Securities Services. He will join GSTP AG on 1 January 2002, which coincides with the scheduled launch of GSTP live production. Marziniak will succeed C. Steven Crosby, managing director, KPMG Consulting, who has served as acting CEO of the utility since its formation in 2000, and who will remain actively involved as special adviser to the GSTP AG Board.
