EXECUTIVE CHANGES
ING Capital Advisors has promoted Michael Campbell, the firm's chief credit officer, to managing partner. Campbell, who joined ING Capital Advisors in August of 1998, currently manages a team of 14 credit analysts across all major industry sectors. Together with Michael Hatley, ING Capital Advisors' president and chief investment officer, he also presides over the firm's Credit Committee that establishes credit policy and has final approval over all investments made by the firm. Campbell has 14 years of experience in the area of corporate credit. He previously was a managing director at SunAmerica Corporate Finance.

Martin Davis has been appointed executive vice president, International, for Corillian Corporation. Davis has been serving as managing director of Corillian International Limited, the UK-headquartered subsidiary of Corillian, leading the company's expansion efforts outside the U.S. Davis will now report directly to Ted Spooner, Corillian's chief executive officer and vice chairman of the company's board of directors. Prior to joining Corillian, Davis spent nine years with Reuters where he held several international marketing roles.

Michael Hart has been named relationship manager, Asset Management, for bfinance, a corporate financial portal focusing on the information and transactional needs of finance directors. Based in London, Hart will lead bfinance's asset management team and focus growing the company's business in institutional asset management. He previously held senior positions at Morley Fund Management, Paine Webber and Herrige Warren & Company.

James L. Sullivan has been elected to the Board of Directors for SS&C Technologies. Sullivan brings more than 20 years of investment banking and technology expertise to the company, including stints as managing director of Morgan Stanley, Inc.'s Technology Group, and as managing director at Chase/H&Q, Bear Stearns, George K. Baum & Co., and Salomon Brothers.
