EXECUTIVE CHANGES
Bridget Piraino and Durk Valk have been appointed to vice president positions at Asset Control International, the Beetsterzwaag, Netherlands-based supplier of data integration systems. As vice president of Marketing and Alliances, Piraino will work out of Asset Control's New York City offices and oversee global marketing and industry alliances. She has 16 years of experience in technology-related sales, most recently as director of Global Financial Services for SeeBeyond Technology. Valk, vice president Operations, will work out of the company's Netherlands headquarters and be responsible for global operations. He has 14 years of business and technology experience.

Eric C.W. Dunn was named to the Board of Directors for Corillian, the Portland, Ore.-based provider of e-finance solutions. Dunn has 15 years of experience in the financial technology software industry, including a stint as senior vice president and CTO at Intuit. He now serves on a number of boards, and is chairman of LiveCapital Inc.

Albert Lord has been elected to the Board of Directors for SS&C Technologies, a Windsor, Conn.-based financial software producer. Lord has over 30 years of banking experience, and is currently vice chairman and CEO for Sallie Mae, a leading education loan provider.

Timothy C. Broadhead has become vice president of Finance and Administration for Tachyon Inc., a San Diego-based provider of broadband data networking services. In this position, Broadhead will be responsible for building the financial infrastructure at Tachyon. He comes to the company from The Stichler Group, where he held the position of CFO.

David S. Jones has resigned from the position of executive vice president and director at Billserv Inc., a San Antonio, Texas-based electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) outsourced solution service. Jones has left the Billserv for personal reasons, and will continue to support the company in "every way possible." No replacement has been named.
