EXECUTIVE CHANGES

Dan Campbell and Nigel Cree leave Merrill Lynch for posts at Deutsche Bank; Michael A. DeVico becomes vice president of Operations and Information systems at Zions Bancorp; Steve Ely appointed vice president of Worldwide Marketing at S1; James F. Flanagan to head North America Transaction Services Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers; Carl E. Mergele named CEO at SER Solutions.

Dan Campbell has been hired as global head of Hybrid Capital Products for Deutsche Bank. The bank also announced that Nigel Cree would come on board as head of North American New Issue Syndicates. Both men came from Merrill Lynch, and both will work out of the bank's New York offices.

Michael A. DeVico was tapped to fill the role of vice president of Operations and Information Systems at Zions Bancorp, Salt Lake City. Prior to this appointment, he was CEO of Xpede Inc., a financial services technology vendor. DeVico has also held executive positions at Bank of America Corp., Bankers Trust and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Steve Ely has been appointed senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing for S1 Corporation, a global provider of eFinance solutions and services. In this role, Ely will drive product management and marketing functions within S1. He has 25 years of experience in marketing and product development, most recently as COO for NetVendor Inc.

James F. Flanagan will head the North America Transaction Services Group for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He will oversee the department, which providers merger and acquisition services for companies in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Flangan has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1998, and previously served as Transaction Services Group's head of marketing.

Carl E. Mergele has been named CEO of SER Solutions, a global provider of knowledge-enabled software solutions. Mergele, who previously held the posts of vice president and general counsel at SER, will be responsible for strategic direction and general supervision at the company. He came to SER in 1998, after a stint at InfoVest Corporation as vice president and assistant general counsel.
