Treasury Hires Holland

Treasury Bank, a subsidiary of Countrywide Financial Corp. (Calabasas, Calif.), appointed Holly Holland as EVP of its document custody group. Holland will oversee all operations, including safekeeping, certifications, document tracking, status and exception reporting, and enhanced Web status reporting.

Franklin Appoints SVP

Franklin Bank, a division of First Place Financial Corp. (Warren, Ohio), hired Jeffrey Fitrzyk as SVP, retail banking. Previously, Fitrzyk served as a regional VP for a Michigan-based regional bank.

Changes at Carreker

Carreker Corp. (Dallas) named Robert Olson president and CEO of offshoring subsidiary Carretek. Most recently, Olson was head of relationship management and marketing for Carreker. Michael Inman, formerly head of relationship management for the Americas, was named EVP of Carreker Corp. and assumes Olson's previous responsibilities.

Northern Trust Taps New Technology Head

Chicago-based Northern Trust selected Werner Vetsch, previously senior vice president, as head of operations and technology for its U.S. investment operations outsourcing business.
