KeyCorp Elects Yates CIO

KeyCorp (Cleveland) elected Stephen E. Yates as an EVP and chief information officer. Yates, most recently president of Information Technology Co., a unit of USAA, will head Key Technology Services.

Fiserv Names President

Fiserv (Brookfield, Wisc.) named Michael D. Gantt president of the Fiserv Bank Systems & eProducts Group, replacing Rodney Poskochil, who is retiring. Gantt, previously with Ephinay Corp., first joined Fiserv in December 2000 as president of its Insurance Solutions Group.

Treasury Bank Taps EVP

Treasury Bank, a subsidiary of Countrywide Financial Corp. (Calabasas, Calif.), appointed Holly Holland as EVP of its Document Custody Group. She will oversee all operations for the group.

Digital Insight Picks EVP

Digital Insight (Calabasas, Calif.) appointed Bob Meagher EVP of sales and marketing. Meagher previously oversaw sales and business development for a technology consulting firm's financial services business in the Americas.

Trema Looks to Expand

Bill Riffert joins Trema (Boston) as EVP and general manager for the Americas. He will head regional expansion efforts in the Americas.
