Barclays eCommerce Head

Barclays Capital (New York) appointed Amy Nauiokas to the new position of director and head of e-commerce. Nauiokas, formerly senior managing director and head of global marketing for Cantor Fitzgerald and eSpeed, will report to Justin Bull, chairman of Barclay's client technology committee.

KeyCorp Appointment

KeyCorp (Cleveland) appointed P. Andrew Will as director of consumer banking product management. Will, formerly of Wells Fargo, will report to Timothy King, KeyCorp's president of retail banking.

Wachovia Names Director

Wachovia Trust (Summit, N.J.) named Penny Vance as regional managing director. Formerly managing director of Wachovia Trust of Northern New Jersey, Vance will be responsible for personal trust operations in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. She will report to president Robert Kniejski.

New Head of M&A at HN

Chicago-based Harris Nesbitt appointed Geoff Belsher executive managing director and head of North American M&As. Belsher previously served as head of Canadian M&A.

Summit Names Sr. Officer

Summit Mortgage (Boston) named Dave Parrish as senior loan officer at its Needham, Mass., office. Parrish was formerly a senior loan officer at People's Mortgage.
