Fifth Third Bancorp (Cincinnati) hired Charles Drucker, former EVP & COO of STAR Debit Services (Denver), as president of its e-payment processing business, Fifth Third Processing Solutions, where he will head the merchant services, financial institutions and card products businesses.

Wells Fargo Shifts Gears

Pete Wissinger, head of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, will now oversee the company's (San Francisco) retail insurance business. Cara Heiden, head of national consumer lending, and Mike Heid, CFO of mortgage, will assume Wissinger's mortgage responsibilities.

Microsoft Appointment

Microsoft (Redmond, Wash.) appointed Tracy Issel as GM of the Financial Services Group. Issel is responsible for driving sales, marketing, services and strategy around Microsoft's financial service solutions.

New Position at Integral

Integral Development Corp. (Mountain View, Calif.) named Dominic Gattuso Jr. as VP of worldwide sales. Gattuso will lead the global sales efforts for the firm's electronic foreign exchange products.

Fiserv SourceOne (Pittsburgh) expanded its executive team. Jeff Brandmaier joins as president, and Dave Pruss joins as CTO.
