Atlanta-based Citizens Bancshares Corp., the parent of Citizens Trust Bank (CTB), hired Roger Botwin as EVP and chief credit officer.

Trema Appoints GM

Trema (London) appointed Regis Castagne as GM for the Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Castagne, formerly sales director for Southern Europe at GL Trade, is charged with developing Trema's presence in France.

New Execs for Fundtech

Fundtech (Jersey City, N.J.) promoted COO Michael Sgroe to president and COO. Also, former EVP of sales and marketing Joseph Mazzetti will assume the role of EVP, corporate development.

BT Syntegra Hires EVP/GM

C. Steven Crosby, previously managing director at BearingPoint, joins BT Syntegra's (London) global financial services business unit as EVP and GM for the Americas region.

Ellie Mae's New VP

Ellie Mae (Dublin, Calif.) appointed Roberta Britting vice president, strategic account management for lender services. Britting will manage the expansion of the ePASS Home Equity Center for third-party mortgage originators. She was formerly VP of partner management for Wells Fargo's consumer credit group.
