Capital One Hires West

Capital One Financial Corp. (McLean, Va.) has hired Catherine West, who will formally assume the title of executive vice president and president of U.S. Card for Capital One after holding the position on an interim basis since April 2003. As president of U.S. Card, West is responsible for directing Capital One's largest line of business.

Unisys Appoints Cavuoto

Unisys Corp. (Blue Bell, Pa.) has appointed Dominick Cavuoto, president of Global Financial Services, as corporate vice president. Cavuoto heads efforts to develop and deliver solutions to the banking and insurance industries.

Wachovia Selects SVP

Wachovia (Charlotte, N.C.) appointed Ann Givens as senior vice president and business line manager for international treasury services and the global financial institutions group. Givens is responsible for treasury product management, development and sales support.

KeyBank Names President

KeyBank (Cleveland) has named Allen L. Wehrhahn president of the newly formed Key Mortgage Services unit, part of KeyBank's consumer finance group. Key Mortgage Services includes the home equity services and prime lending groups, as well as home improvement, SecoLink Settlement Services and the consumer loan center.
