Wachovia Hires Relationship Manager

Wachovia Corporate and Institutional Trust (Charlotte) hired Mike Hellmuth as a relationship manager in its Structured Finance Trust Services group. Based in London, Hellmuth will head trustee administration for structured finance transactions throughout the U.K.

New CEO for MFG

KeyCorp (Cleveland) named Robert B. Heisler Jr. CEO of McDonald Financial Group, which provides integrated financial solutions to affluent individuals. Heisler also will retain his responsibilities as chairman of KeyBank National Association.

Fiserv Taps Former TowerGroup CEO

Former TowerGroup (Needham, Mass.) president and CEO Mark Sievewright joined Fiserv (Brookfield, Wis.) as SVP of business development. Sievewright will leverage his experience to help Fiserv understand the needs of clients better.

VECTORsgi Promotion

VECTORsgi (Addison, Texas) promoted Larry Best to VP of marketing. Best will oversee marketing for the company's VECTOR and AdVance product lines and consulting services. Prior to joining VECTORsgi in 1997 as marketing manager, Best was a marketing manager for Computer Associates (Islandia, NY).
