-Commerce Bank Launches New Reporting System
Commerce Bank (Cherry Hill, N.J.) launched the Enterprise Report Management software from Treev (Herndon, Va.) to hundreds of its branches in July. The solution - which handles high-volume, high-speed storage and retrieval of computer-generated reports to keep up with Commerce's increasing amount of data - is browser based, eliminating the need to install it on individual desktops.

Compliance Commander. The solution is installed on Texans' network perimeter and can detect un-encrypted, non-public information exiting the local network automatically without authorization.
- AWD Calls On S1 for Call Center Solution
Hanover, Germany-based financial services provider AWD Deutschland implemented S1's (Atlanta) Enterprise Call Center to provide a centralized relationship management system with a comprehensive customer view and consistent customer contact history. AWD says the solution, which supports multichannel integration, has improved its ability to evaluate and support marketing campaigns and make master data changes to customer information.
