Frost Bank Chooses Allegiance Solutions for Customer Loyalty

San Antonio, Tex.-based Frost Bank has selected products from Allegiance (Salt Lake City) to help with its customer service and retention efforts.

Frost is using Allegiance CustomerPulse and ActiveSurvey to listen to customers and actively monitor their needs. According to Allegiance, CustomerPulse is a specialized online questionnaire developed by Ph.Ds and loyalty experts that organizations use to survey a sampling of customers via e-mail and measure their engagement level. If used regularly, CustomerPulse can help reveal trends and correlate customer responses with quantifiable measurements like profitability. ActiveSurvey is a customizable online questionnaire that companies use to quickly gauge customer response to specific services or company changes.

CustomerPulse and ActiveSurvey are components of the Allegiance Engage software platform. Allegiance Engage helps companies collect and manage feedback enterprisewide and grow customer and employee engagement.
