Costello Hired as Retail Chief at Republic First

Rhonda Costello has joined Republic First Bank (Philadelphia) EVP and chief retail officer. Costello come to Republic First after more than 20 years with Commerce Bank (Cherry Hill, N.J.). Among some of the roles in which she served at Commerce are Dean, Commerce University; senior retail officer and Pennsylvania market senior retail market manager.

According to Republic First's chairman and CEO Harry Madonna, Costello's hiring is the first step in the bank's plan to develop a "killer brand" with new stores and products.
