LeaderOne Financial Chooses Mortgage Builder for Multi-State Expansion Plan

Overland Park, Kan.-based mortgage banker LeaderOne Financial has selected Mortgage Builder Software (Southfield, Mich.), a provider of loan origination software, to provide its new mortgage origination software solution. A.W. Pickell, III, LeaderOne's founder and CEO, and also former president of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, recently announced that his company is in negotiations to acquire a bank as the first step in the organization's multi-state expansion program. The bank's planned expansion includes opening new loan centers in several parts of the country.
