IRS Picks Wolters Kluwer’s LeRoux for Advisory Committee
Stephen LeRoux, a retirement plan consultant with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, was selected by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to serve a three-year term on the organization's Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC).
LeRoux has more than 22 years of experience helping financial institutions administer Individual Retirement Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and Coverdell Education Savings Accounts. LeRoux will use his experience in tax-advantaged accounts and retirement planning to provide insight on tax administration issues to IRS officials.
The IRPAC committee consists of 34 representatives from the financial, payroll and software industries, the state tax administrations, colleges and universities and tax professionals. The committee provides the IRS with observations regarding current and proposed IRS policies, programs and procedures.
